As you can see in the pictures, the account in this case its configured IMAP, since Exchange gets disconnected even with other accounts that are working just fine. After I clicked that and walked through all the steps which, I believe included typing in my email address, password, and verifying my account with the authenticator app , the message changed to « Disconnected » and has stayed that way since.
It’s a hotmail account, and it works fine if I check my inbox from outlook. So, there’s nothing wrong with the server. Here’s a list of things I’ve already tried:. The only thing I haven’t tried is removing and re-adding the account simply because I can’t.
